I overtook 8569541 CANADA INC from Jonathan Lamothe and Stephen Paul Weber, the creators of the first Ripple Gateway in Canada named Rippleunion. Ripple Inc. had updated their brand guidelines to include that your business could not mention the name 'Ripple' in it, so the owners of 8569541 CANADA INC made the decision to transfer 100% of their shares to my business XAGATE.

XAGATE.COM - Sole proprietorship
I was a sole proprietor working on my first XRPL Gateway XAGATE which was released on December 25th 2014. I then went on to overtake the corporation behind Rippleunion, the first Ripple Gateway created in Canada in late 2015.
